Moldovagaz says must pay $44 mln to Gazprom till December 20

CHISINAU, Dec 5 (PRIME) -- Moldovagaz must pay about U.S. $44 million to Russia's Gazprom until December 20, CEO Vadim Ceban said on his Telegram channel on Monday.

"Moldovagaz's current gas supply payment liabilities to Gazprom amount to U.S. $44.84 million… including a $40.05 million remainder of debt for November, December consumption at $3.79 million,” Ceban said.

“The funds must be paid to Gazprom until December 20, 2022."

According to the official, Moldovagaz had earlier made a $42.95 million advance payment for November to Gazprom.
